Forum Security Protocol

The Forum is committed to ensuring a safe and productive event for all delegates. Delegates are requested to:

Clearly display Forum-issued credentials when present at forum related events or facilities
Bring only necessary items into Forum sessions; please do not bring valuable items to Forum sessions.
Keep all bags, cases & luggage with you at all times

Registration Identification

Delegates are required to present one form of identification (government issued document with a photograph) to the registration desk.

Forum Credentials

Each delegate will be issued with a personal Identification badge, providing access to all Forum related events, facilities and vehicles.

Photography Release

The Forum asks all delegates for permission to use photographs taken during the event.

Please indicate your preference not to be published at the registration desk; you will be provided with an appropriate lanyard.

Forum Amenities

Interpretation

We are exploring the option of offering simultaneous interpretation during the plenary sessions. Please indicate your preferred language during registration.

Dietary Requests

All efforts are made to accommodate special needs; please provide relevant information during registration.

Internet Access

Wireless Internet access will available. Please refer to the front desk of the Forum venue for details.

Guests

ELF 2009 is limited to invited delegates only. Guests are welcome to evening social functions. Please provide guest information during registration .

Special Requirements

For any special requirements please provide additional Information during registration. A Forum Registrar will contact delegates to confirm the necessary information.

Attire

Business attire is requested for all Forum related events
