08:00-08:45 Registration Delegates arrive and register for the Forum
08:45-09:45 Where Do We Need To Get To? Keynotes will address the gap between the current global supply of Higher Education and the demands of industry that exist for the building of new skills. Transforming higher education to help meet the immediate needs for re-employment and address a longer term vision of sustainability. How will e-technology play a role in transforming higher education to build new skills and accommodate the first digitally native generation?
09:45-10:30 Re-Vision Presenting their views of 'Where We Need To Get To' in light of today's global problems, three expert witnesses provide key elements of a vision for the way forward for Higher Education over coming months, years and decades. Developing this vision will start in the facilitated working sessions during the day.
10:30-10:45 Coffee break  
10:45-12:00 Delegate Session Delegates work in groups to discuss the input from expert witnesses, guided by group facilitators and joined by the expert witnesses. All data from the working sessions is gathered electronically to facilitate prompt collation and sharing.
12:00-12:15 How Do We Get There? How do we balance the issues driving the supply of Higher Education with the demands of industry? This is at the heart of providing Higher Education that is able to achieve the sustainable social, economic, environmental growth and development we need.
12:15-13:30 Networking Lunch  
13:30-14:15 Recovery 'How do we get there?' demands new strategies and solutions that Expert witnesses identify barriers that are likely to stand in the way of achieving our vision and offer ways forward, emphasising the role e-technology can play in our 'Higher Education: Re-Vision for Recovery scenario'.
14:15-15:30 Delegate Session Delegates work in groups to discuss the input from expert witnesses, guided by group facilitators and joined by the expert witnesses. All data from the working sessions is gathered electronically to facilitate prompt collation and sharing.
15:30-15:45 Coffee  
15:45-16:30 Reflection Bringing together the output from all the delegate groups' viewpoints and discussions to identify the initial lessons learned, and the best possible ways forward.
16:30-17:15 Closing Keynotes on the vital role of multi stakeholder partnerships in the process of transforming higher education.
17:15 Departure Delegates provide feedback and depart the Forum
